Morning all,
A log from 1045 - 1200 on Friday 1st Dec.
Be advised that the road past the east side of the base, Allington Track, is closed for road works from the viewing area to the A338 junction until 26th February 2018. You can still access the viewing area from the north though.
Cheers, DC

Interesting- good to know the G.120 has arrived, I wonder if the second is there yet? Also good to know the Griffin is still there, I need that one.
Must try and call past soon- it’s only 30 miles away, but not often I can call past on a weekday!
Cheers

Inspired by the above report, I called in today (5/12) between 15.30 and 16.00. I was hoping to see the Griffin and/or Grob 120s but unfortunately none of them were out, so a wasted trip! Third time this year I’ve gone in the hope of seeing that Griffin!
Seen were... (not all read off as nothing needed)

QQ103 DA.42 was flying locally according to my phone, but not seen or needed!
