After the shenanigans last year when it took the missus and I almost two hours to get through the gate, I left early too this year. It was scorchingly hot too as you will no doubt testify to. From unlocking the car till reaching the A303 was well under ten minutes.

Did anyone note the reggies of the four choppers that were doing joyrides? I walked past them to get to the Merlin and Wildcat that were parked up close by but didn't note them down. Thanks

Just before the display started, there was a Chinook and a Skyvan? circling overhead the airfield. Can anyone id these? MTIA Tony

the skyvan was OE-FDN and the chinook was ZA683.
