A nice clear start to the day, but with very few trails it made picking them out a bit more challenging, still happy to add ten to the log and a nice start to the month..

Mixed fortune today. The cloud cover came racing in and beat the German Navy P-3CUP by about 10 minutes.
It then cleared about 30 minutes later to give beautiful blue skies and subsequently "RCH170" C-17A 95-0106, which made up for the previous (slightly).

Yes, Graham, there were also three Westbound C-17s in the same period - 55144, 21100 and 30601. A fourth KC-135 91466 routed Westbound near the South coast (Southend > SAM > VLN > Bude).
I actually made one out of that little lot - Kansas ANG KC-135R 58-0059 out of Mildenhall (as was 59-1509).
Couldn't see the 41 Sqdn Typhoons directly OTT - heard them, though.
