My miss of the day award for yesterday went to VP-FMC BN2B Islander on air test from Lee-on-Solent, heavy rain and low cloud stood between me and it...

Dave, it's reported by Skyliner that 2-BTTB was wearing a Samoan 5W- reg although no one at present seems to know what it was. It had been stored at Woensdrecht and according to PlaneBase was set for El Al but that presumably didn't happen. Having said that, there's a photo taken on Nov 13th of her at Woensdrecht wearing 2-BTTB and in full Samoan livery as she conducted the air test that brought her across southern Britain before returning to WOE.

Graham, check G-CKIK , I noticed it on FR24 tracking as G- yesterday, but the CAA- G-INFO still indicates it was de-registered in Oct 2017,probably after Helitech 2017.Unless you read it off that is.

Thanks Michael, it was seen at a distance via my bins, I thought it odd as I first logged it early this year as ZM521 and it seemed peculiar that a three year old mil machine should now be wearing a civvy reg.
