Welcome to 2021 and good riddance to what has been a horrible year for so many reasons. Let's hope that the vaccines and people continuing to observe the restrictions will see an end to Covid-19 as quickly as possible. It would be so good to see some activity in the "forthcoming airshow" section of the forum so let's keep our collective fingers crossed.

Well, one out of two isn't bad I suppose Graham,I've lost faith with the British public although I know that many are following the guidelines, there are far too many who are not.

Seen over Aldershot this afternoon. Ce150 G-BZEB, presumably on it's way to Blackbushe. OK maybe nothing much to write home about, but it's my first sighting of 2021 and here's hoping that it's the start of a much more productive year in 2021.

Wed 6th Finally managed to open my account for 2021. M-OEPL. DA8X LX-EPE. DA2000LX. SVW 20E. . The LX- Showed up on PF as above but on Freedar was showing as E135 LX-JAG ., I wasn't close enough to confirm aircraft type but the Silver Arrows callsign set-up would suggest a Reg ending in E. Any help would be most helpful to me . Many thanks. Steve.

N870AX hid behind the clouds here, but sister N871AY behaved when it followed a bit later. I also managed to see new Emirates A380 A6-EVN as it left LHR, as it came so close and switched off its dazzling headlights.

Lots of sunshine in the Shropshire hills meant I got to see lots over south Wales and over the WAL area. G-STBO had gone over before I got out of bed and N496BC B737 inbound to BHX for conversion to 'wedgetail' was victim of the cloud that rolled in mid afternoon. 8 plus 2 scrapes was a good bag though.

January, so far, has been the absolute pits for me...
This (8th) has been my 5th straight day without seeing anything, let along potting one!!!
By all accounts the weather (at least around the South) looks a bit better tomorrow - although I’m not going to hold my breathe.
🤞🤞
