Morning John, I found her on FR24 replay and followed her to Macon in France where the plot suddenly ended whilst she was still up at FL250 so where she ended up is anyone's guess.
Welcome back Bob, ,looking forward to the logs!

Morning Graham thanks for that. It's a pity, I hadn't spotted it coming down, otherwise I'd have put it on the heads up.
Regards

Been up to Slough for work today so spent a couple of hours watching the inbounds at LHR from the A4 at Colnbrook once done and pleased to report that I made 23 in that time. I won't list them all as they are common frames for all you chaps that live up that way but I did AT LAST catch up with BA A321 G-EUXD which had eluded me for longer than I care to recall. As far as BA's concerned, I now just need some of the new G-GAT*'s. Also saw EasyJet A320 G-EZUF heading over very low inbound to Luton, one of six needed so dead pleased with that too.

Rotten still down here Bob, did clear up for about five minutes yesterday when this Grob 115 flew close to the house, the most exciting thing to happen aviation-wise for the last week or so although it seems like it might clear up here soon, fingers crossed.... Talking of Grob Tutors, I made 2 of my last 6 at Cosford today. Also G-SAWG Falke and 3 or 4 in the museum.
Also made a couple of replicas- Spitfire "P7666" and Hurricane "V7467" at RAF High Wycombe. This is a new "V7467" replacing the previous one which has gone to Newquay. Also not to be confused with a third "V7467" which is displayed at Farnsfield in Notts (about 10 mins from where I am now!)
Can't get too excited about replicas but they fill a gap in Military Aircraft Markings!

Beginning to cloud over now after a bright start, but nothing much on the radar, just one scrape so far, A6-JAE 777 (ex VT-JEG). Have missed a few needed biz inbound LTN or STN from the SE,they go about 8 miles east of here at FL190, but are very difficult to spot in the morning looking into the sun, can usually pick them out in the afternoon and evening.

Shown on PlaneFinder a few minutes ago over the French Coast heading NW was an unknown type descending thru FL600(!) Hex was AE094B, which I think is U-2 68-10336. Is this for real??? Disappeared near LGW.

Hi Jerry, I didn't see it myself but I have previously tracked U-2s departing Fairford right up to FL600 so height wise, it would look like FR24 is correct. At least one has departed Fairford today so a replacement is presumably on her way in.
