Morning all. Just returned from a week in Cyprus. All a bit different at Larnaca following the demise of Transareo. More Aeroflot/ Rossiya around and a couple of Pobeda 73s yesterday which was anew airline for me. Biggest change to previous years was the complete lack of Russian overflights to Egypt. Anyway only seven weeks and I'm back out again. Ill start and post some logs later. Nigel

What a terrible life you lead Jeff. Looks like " she-who-must-be-obeyed" has my day planned out for me, and there was I hoping to sneak off to the boozer for a few bevvies....;0(
Welcome back Nigel, looking forward to seeing the Cyprus logs. We're off to Rhodes in September, if it's half as good as Crete for spotting, I'll be well pleased.

Have made a further five so far today:
EI-FHO B737 Norwegian EC-MIA B777 Privilege Style (ops for TUI Belgium) UR-BAA B737 Bravo Airways (on delivery from Shannon callsign BAY4010)
The cloud rolled in but within the last hour the blue skies are returning, just in time for me to see an A320 on a test flight with callsign of AIB02IO,was hopefull that this was going to be exotic, but turns out it's destined for Easyjet as G-EZPI.
EC-MGZ A321 Vueling (my first one)

Dave, the test reg is from an earlier use of F-WWIO, this frame was actually completed in Sep last year, so it's anyone's guess why it had just left Hamburg. Actual c/n is 6738 and it's off to Vietnam as VN-A662 which is just a bit more exotic than an Ezy ( that EZPI is carrying F-WWIO at present but hasn't left the factory yet).

Graham,according to Airfleets.net and Planespotters.net VN-A662 was delivered around the 24th September 2015.

Also, according to the Toulouse Aircraft Spotters website for a log posted on the 10th April F-WWIO/7104 was logged in Easyjet colours with G-EZPI allocated.

Yes Dave, you're right, me, Jeff and Bill have been debating this for the last hour and it certainly seems that it was the EZY as you first suggested. F-WWIO has been worn by three A320s since last September, the VN-, a B- and now the EZY

For anyone surprised by the Ryanair 3456/98WG which has just gone south out of Luton, it was using the Mode S code 4CAA11 of former Transaero 737 EI-EUZ (which is actually now in the States being readied for Southwest as N7876A) - it was actually EI-EKR which should be 4CA811 but with a mis-coded box.
