What a horrible weekend- Saturday and Sunday cold and miserable, windy, overcast and raining and the blues got beat. Nothing seen to add to the years miserable total. Stayed in both days only venturing out to the garage to get beer and wine from the fridge. Monday the weather improved, albeit still cold but thankfully before and after work a bit of blue sky allowed me to add two to the years total:- EI-LRE- A321N Aer Lingus DUB-LHR N611UP- 747-8 UPS eastbound to CGN Also renewed my membership with LAAS (Gold) for another 12 months and bought the 2021 BICR Refill pages. Spent most of this afternoon before and after picking my beloved up from work- downloading the latest Windows 10 update's but the weather did improve and the blue skies which appeared just before three allowed me to get three more to add to this years figures:- G-KSOH- C525M > trailing west to IOM 61-0292- KC135R USAF > northbound Fl330 with a nice trail (One of the Hall's finest) (QID823) Unusual routing. ZH872- C130J RAF Fl200 westbound IOM or Belfast. So not a bad afternoon- and the windows update has been loaded Stay safe Bob

After an overcast morning in work- on getting home the blue skies appeared at about 14:00 and the following 4 hit the books- N420LA 767F MAS cargo southbound nice trail A6-HHH G650 southbound ott MAN fl250 D-ALFI 777F LH Cargo eastbound to FRA nice trail TC-LGC A350 Turkish Airlines westbound to YYZ nice trail. Those four took me to 88 for the year- not in three figures yet- will have to keep out for D-AIXQ mentioned by Dave and the Graham's. On a brighter note my LAAS BICR Refill pages came today, two days after I ordered it excellent service as usual- just have to mark everything in. Stay safe Bob

D-ALFI was too far south yesterday westbound and too far north today eastbound. Some for another day. Back to work for me after Easter. Hopefully I may get a couple on the ground then. Graham GTF4J2M

Not very pleased today as two needed machines went just West of Melksham but too low down to see over the rooftops opposite.
"KNIFE71" 10-0053 - the one new CV-22B needed to "fleet" Mildenhall - on its way down to Heliops at Portland. Naturally, it returned along the South Coast. "RECON21" ZZ410 Wildcat, that keeps eluding me.

Graham GTF4J2M Hi Graham, I know what you mean- N420LA had previously headed well away from me heading over Yorkshire then Norfolk, but yesterday went right OTT Manchester- so finally got it. The Lufty 777F flew OTT Blackpool and Preston heading east again with a nice trail. Easily seen from sunny Runcorn. Enjoy work and hopefully as you say we may get to see something on the ground when some of the restrictions are lifted, but before then:- Stay Safe Bob
