Clear morning yesterday in Cornwall and then the clouds started building from lunchtime so nothing in the book. Nice and clear first thing today but clouding over again now but managed one today TF-AMQ Boeing 747.

That TF 747's a nice pot Ray. I saw quite a few of those as OTT's in Crete last summer no doubt routing northeast from Jeddah.

After yesterdays outstanding collection of flying machines , it was back to the real world of work today followed by footie,so a great big fat zero was all that could be added to this months list. Hope you feel better soon Bob,that bloody man flu is very nasty stuff, have heard that a heavy dose of spotting is a brilliant cure..

Sunday was my second blank day of 2016 so I can't complain but the weather is equally as bad this morning and looks set for the day. Still hoping to get to Bidford and Wellesbourne on Wed, weather permitting.

Nothing for me yesterday, and today did not look promising, missed OH-LTP A330 in and out of LHR, but cloud has thinned enough to see the trails. Made LX-PAK GLEX heading W at FL400 and 9K-APD A330 on LHR 09 approach, total for the year now 51.

What an amazing morning, weather wise and aircraft wise, the following have entered the note book, not certain of how many of the biz I've made but it looks like I will hit double figures for the day if this continues:

Just added two more to the list:
LN-NGS B737 Norwegian (Oslo-Funchal) D-AXGB A330 Eurowings
Now a question, about two minutes behind the Norwegian was a four engined jet trailing nicely, looked dark in colour but nothing on FR24 or Planefinder, time would have been around 12.35-12.40,any ideas anyone?

Morning Dave, Thank goodness for all this technology... The dark 4 engine lump behind the NAX was 63-7999 KC-135 I timed it at 12.41 trailing south... About 13 minutes later there was a second one, 61-0267 on almost identical track which started to trail just as it passed me in Deepcut.... Hope this helps mate, as it did for me when Graham honed me in on both of them from his Planeplotter... Cheers. Bill

Many thanks for the info on the KC-135s, saw and made the first, missed the second.
Also made LN-NGS, and D-AXGB (but only a scrape, frame seen with Qatar) and N36962 789 on the UA47. Biz made are OO-EJA F.7X and the new M-MNDG Gulf 550 (c/n 5519, replacing an earlier example with the same reg).

Jerry, pretty sure your Belgian FA7X should read OO-EJA. Having a top notch day here with 15 in the book plus the Finnish Embraer at Kemble. There've been more USAF KC-135s around today than I've ever seen.

The curtains are drawn now on a great day's spotting, including a clutch of KC-135s going in various directions.
N455DX F2TH 62-3565 KC135 was travelling southwest with 59-1492 which wasn't needed A6-ECW B777 HZ-SKY1 A340 ZZ334 A330 XA-MAX E35L PH-EXF E190 LN-NGS B737 D-AXGB A330 63-7999 KC135 trailing to my east heading southwest 58-0118 KC135 as above 61-0267 KC135 went right over Devizes heading northeast OE-IZM GLF5 N36962 B789 at last!! A7-AID A321 goes nicely with AIB & AIC which I saw as OTTs in Crete last summer CS-TTG A319 VQ-BZM GLF4
Add to this OH-LEK Finnair E170 at Kemble, totals 18 for the day
