After 5 days of cloud and rain, blue skies returned for a short period this morning but it was short lived and cloud rolled back in by 3 p.m. However two hit the book today - I-ELYS Lear Jet and UR-GEB Boeing 767 both Westbound.

Frustrating day, beautiful morning and broken cloud this afternoon but no interesting airliners OTT and most bizjets not trailing so difficult to spot. Just two, 9H-VCC BD.350 and Iberia's new A330 EC-MIL inbound LHR (was in yesterday, but above the cloud).

Why does work always ruin a good spotting day! Made some notes whilst out and about today, but had to wait until after work to put pen to paper.

Also made CN-TLA Christoff, and exactly 1h later at 15:47 I got G-OAUR DO228 at long last doing an ILS Overshoot at SOU . Edit - I believe CN-TLA went to EGGW (Luton), it was also there last week.

I've probably seen it a few times, considering the fact we're usually driving up the M3 at the time it came over to go spotting..! Thanks mate, much appreciated.

Another blank day to end the month. Total for the year to date 82, not too bad considering the weather and that I've yet to visit an airfield this year!
