A bit of sunshine mid morning allowed one to be logged:

Morning all, awful here this morning, low dark cloud and relentless drizzle. Real shame as needed Lufty A320 D-AIUX went over en route to DUB. Also noticed that the latest (?) Qatar 787 A7-ALK went over westbound before daylight to New York so fingers crossed she will come back. Today's Avianca AV120 is 785 which I need but no hope unless the weather clears up and she comes across Wales rather than following the south coast. Made a few yesterday...

Cloudy with light drizzle here too, likely to be a blank day. Could not see needed 787 VN-A868 which went right overhead on LHR departure.
Graham, A7-ALK is currently (17.00) taxying at JFK on the QR704. This often routes Strumble-Dover but at around 22.30 so strobes only (on a clear night, of course!)

Nothing else to add to my three at Manchester this morning- mainly due to shopping with her who must be obeyed all this afternoon- but at least it has stopped raining. Almost Beer o'clock time- then dinner and tv and hopefully see the German Biz due at LPL later. Graham A7-ALK is an A350-by the way - Goodison for me tmoz to see the Mighty Blues hopefully get on track against the Happy Hammers- just hope they don't come to Goodison looking for a fight- seems a lot of angry supporters there since their move to the Queen Elizabeth Stadium. (Always liked Upton Park) Enjoy the remainder of your weekend chaps and chappesses. Also don't forget to turn your clocks back tonight. Living the Dream Bob UPDATE- D-IADV C551 Inbound LPL

Skies have cleared, but A7-ALK is taking a northerly route, probably over Scotland, will look out for it some other time. But did manage one tonight, HL8043 777F just went by heading for CDG from LHR.

Actually A7-ALK is levelling out at 61N and will go well N of the Shetlands - according to the Inmarsat plot on PP.
What are clear skies, please??

After yesterday being teeth-gnashing day when I could have made five (3 x C-17, CAF Polaris and GAF A310) if the clag had not been there all day , the promise of sunshine looked good. Ha ha ha!!!
The murk cleared about 11.45 and a KC-135R departed Mildenhall to route down BZN > Hartland Point and trailing nicely - didn't need it!! To rub salt in the wound, it subsequently came back with a problem and routed up TR1 straight over my house.
Nothing else all day until it was getting dark when A400M demonstrator EC-406 chugged over en route to Brize - seen it before, even if I were to collect civil!!
Tomorrow's rubbish with a bit of a front going through. Haven't made anything since 22nd - got to wait until Wednesday now (hopefully).

What a cracking day, nice and warm, clear skies, and nothing in the book !!!. So I will just add yesterdays sightings N10872 Learjet out of Exeter to Biggin. If anyone can confirm reg and type please I would be most grateful...
Update..
Thanks to egcc and Graham for their help, and I am now happy to take it as G-ZNTH as per LAAS Corporate jet Aircraft site showing ex reg of N10872.

After a blank day yesterday, much better weather but only 4 frames made, LHR inbounds on 09 D-AEWO A320 Germanwings and CS-TQY A340 operating an El Al flight, plus EI-FTB 738 Ryanair and OE-FPP C.510 inbound NHT.
(edit) and a late night extra, EI-FTF heading for DUB out of LGW.

Chris, there isn't much online about your Lear Jet other than that it's a 45. Looks to be a recently assigned number as there's nothing on the 45 production list with that reg

If anyone can confirm reg and type please I would be most grateful... It's very rare to see an aircraft with an FAA manufacturer's temporary test reg flying outside the US. I would suggest this is actually Biggin-based Learjet 75 G-ZNTH c/n 45-540 (75-085), which is still using Mode-S code A025D4.

Turned out to be a decent day with the following potted after my initial report of making two:
N800HJ Gulfstream 550 OE-GKW Gulfstream 100 SX-BIU Dash 8 Olympic (Exeter - ?) N286RW Gulfstream 280 (outbound Farnborough) TC-LJJ B777 Turkish EI-FTF B737 Ryanair PH-BHH B787-9 KLM
Back to thick fog this morning which is just starting to clear, have taken a couple of phone calls from friends this morning who say they are/were @ Eelmoor Bridge,Farnborough and they can't see any of the ramps and some early arrivals have diverted.

Many thanks for your investigative work egcc, I did think it strange to see that it was a test reg as per the FAA web site. Kind Regards Chris.
